SMS / Text Messaging Program
Atlanta Fire & Safety Compliance LLC offers a text messaging program so we can communicate with our customers about their service. The following terms apply to that program.
Program description & message types
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent, ATLFSC may send you SMS text messages including:
- Appointment and inspection reminders and confirmations;
- Service and account updates (such as technician status, job completion, and billing notices); and
- Replies to your customer support questions.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How you opt in (consent)
We obtain your consent to send text messages either verbally (for example, over the phone or during a service visit) or in writing (for example, on a signed service agreement or intake form) where you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and service schedule.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. ATLFSC does not charge for the text messages themselves.
Opt-out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honor QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, REVOKE, and OPT OUT. After you opt out, we may send a single confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Mobile information collected through our text messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.
Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability, or to attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access.
