SMS / Text Messaging Program
Atlanta Fire & Safety Compliance LLC offers a text messaging program so we can communicate one-to-one with customers about their inquiries and service requests. The following terms apply to that program.
Program Description and Message Types
By opting in to receive text messages from ATLFSC, you agree to receive conversational messages. ATLFSC team members may send person-to-person SMS messages in response to your questions about fire-safety inspections, service, repairs, quotes, or scheduling. We do not send marketing, promotional, bulk, or automated text messages through this program.
How You Opt In (Consent)
We obtain your consent to send conversational text messages when you affirmatively select “Yes” on an online form, verbally agree during a phone call or service visit, or otherwise provide written consent on a signed service agreement or intake form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
If you initiate a text conversation with ATLFSC at (404) 609-0036, we may reply with information relevant to your specific inquiry.
You may also opt in to receive conversational messages by texting JOIN or SUBSCRIBE to (404) 609-0036.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. On average, you may receive 1–2 messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. ATLFSC does not charge for the text messages themselves.
Opt-Out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. We also honor QUIT, CANCEL, END, REVOKE, and OPT OUT. After you opt out, we may send a single confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Privacy
Mobile information collected through our text messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed.
